Ring Binder Index Tab Dividers are standardized multi-bank index sheets punched with universal hole patterns to partition 3-ring and lever arch binders into organized sections. Manufactured in standard 5-Tab and 8-Tab single banks, 12-Tab (Monthly Jan–Dec), 31-Tab (Daily 1–31), and 26-Tab (Alphabetical A–Z) configurations with Mylar-laminated tabs.

End-Tab Shelf Filing Folders (designed for open-shelf modular lateral file systems) feature an extended full-cut vertical tab along the right-hand vertical edge rather than the top. Standard in hospital medical record rooms, dental clinics, and insurance claims departments, they utilize color-coded numeric and alphabetic Mylar labels.

Expanding File Wallets (accordion expanding jackets made of heavy red rope paperboard or Tyvek) feature multi-fold expandable side gussets ranging from 1.75 inches (400 sheets) up to 5.25 inches (1200 sheets). Top-Tab File Folders (standardized in US Letter and US Legal sizes) are heavy manila or pressboard document jackets featuring elevated indexing tabs cut in standardized fractions of the folder width: 1/3-Cut (three staggered positions: Left, Center, Right), 1/5-Cut (five positions), 1/2-Cut, and Straight-Cut (full width).
