HomePlug Green PHY PLC Communication
Unlike basic AC PWM signaling, CCS utilizes high-speed digital communications via HomePlug Green PHY PLC modulated at 1.8 to 30 MHz directly over the Control Pilot line. The vehicle and charging station negotiate battery chemistry, temperature limits, target voltage, and state of charge (SoC) hundreds of times per second.
