Packaging Box Sealing Tape (standardized under ASTM D5486 and PSTC-101) is a high-tensile biaxially-oriented polypropylene (BOPP) tape measuring 2.0 inches (48 mm / 1.88 in) or 3.0 inches (72 mm / 2.83 in) in width. Engineered for corrugated carton sealing, it is categorized by adhesive chemistry (Acrylic vs Hot-Melt Rubber) and mil film thickness.

Page Marker Flags (repositionable film index tabs and arrow indicators) are thin polyethylene terephthalate (PET) film strips measuring 0.5 inches (12 mm) or 1.0 inch (25.4 mm) in width by 1.75 inches (44 mm) in length. Featuring a translucent adhesive body and brightly colored tip, they flag contract signature lines ('Sign Here') and textbook pages without obscuring text.

Stationery Tape (transparent cellulose or matte acetate 'Magic' tape, invented by 3M in 1930) is standardized in widths of 1/2 inch (12.7 mm), 3/4 inch (19.05 mm), and 1.0 inch (25.4 mm). 3/4-inch is the universal office standard for document mending, envelope sealing, and gift wrapping.

Standard Sticky Notes (repositionable self-adhesive paper notes, invented by 3M's Art Fry and Spencer Silver as Post-it Notes in 1980) are manufactured in standardized dimensions: 3 × 3 inches (76 × 76 mm — universal square), 3 × 5 inches (76 × 127 mm — rectangular meeting memo), 1.5 × 2 inches (38 × 51 mm — mini note), and 4 × 6 inches (102 × 152 mm — lined task list).

Adhesive Tape Core Diameters are standardized inner spool dimensions governed by PSTC (Pressure Sensitive Tape Council) and ASTM D3652. Operating on two non-interchangeable industry formats: 1.0-inch (25.4 mm) cores for compact desktop tape dispensers and 3.0-inch (76.2 mm) cores for heavy commercial desk dispensers and handheld packaging tape guns.
