Direct Answer
Liar's Dice (Dudo / Perudo) is a bluffing dice game where players conceal five 6-sided dice under cups, bidding successively higher claims on the total quantity of a given die face across all hidden cups. 1s (Aces) are wild. A round ends when a player challenges the previous bid by calling 'Liar' (Dudo), resulting in the loser forfeiting one die.

Rolling & Bidding Escalation Rules
All players shake their 5 dice in their cup and invert it onto the table, viewing only their own dice. The first player makes a bid stating a minimum quantity of a specific die face on the entire table (e.g., 'Five 4s').
Each subsequent player must either:
- Raise the Bid: By bidding a higher quantity of any face (e.g., 'Six 2s') or the same quantity of a higher face (e.g., 'Five 5s').
- Switch to Aces (Wilds): Bidding Aces requires only half the previous quantity rounded up (e.g., after 'Six 4s', a player may bid 'Three Aces'). Bidding back from Aces requires doubling + 1 (e.g., 'Seven 3s').
- Challenge: Call 'Liar' (Dudo) if they believe the bid is false.
Resolving Challenges (Dudo & Calza)
- Liar (Dudo): All cups are lifted. If the actual count of that face (plus all 1s/Aces) is LESS than the bid, the bidder loses 1 die. If the actual count is EQUAL TO OR GREATER than the bid, the challenger loses 1 die.
- Calza: A player claims the previous bid is exactly right. If exactly right, the caller gains 1 die (up to starting 5); if wrong, the caller loses 1 die.
