Direct Answer
Farkle (10,000) is a push-your-luck dice game played with six 6-sided dice. Players roll to create scoring combinations (single 1s, 5s, three-of-a-kinds, straights), setting aside scoring dice and choosing whether to bank their accumulated points or risk rolling remaining dice. Rolling zero scoring dice results in a 'Farkle', forfeiting all unbanked points for the turn.

Turn Procedure & Banking Points
On each turn, a player rolls all 6 dice:
- At least one scoring die or combination must be set aside.
- The player can either: - Bank (Stay): Record the total accumulated points for the turn and pass the dice to the next player. - Re-roll: Roll the remaining non-scoring dice to accumulate more points.
- Hot Dice: If all 6 dice score (e.g., three 1s and three 2s), the player has 'Hot Dice' and may roll all 6 dice again, continuing to add to their turn total.
The Farkle Penalty
If a player rolls the remaining dice and none of the dice produce a scoring combination (no 1s, no 5s, and no 3-of-a-kinds), they have rolled a 'Farkle'. The player immediately loses all points accumulated during that turn, and play passes clockwise.
